- Blocked or broken lavatory systems
- Serious roof leaks
- Gas leaks
- Dangerous electrical faults
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Serious storm, fire, or impact damage
- Failure or breakdown of essential services (gas, electricity, water)
- Faults in essential appliances for hot water, cooking, or heating
- Any fault or damage causing the property to be unsafe or insecure
- Situations likely to cause injury or property damage
Non-Urgent Maintenance and Sales Enquiries:
For non-urgent maintenance issues, please email your Property Manager. These will be addressed promptly when our office reopens in the new year.
